  • Standard delivery within Malaysia takes 3-7 business days, while international shipping may vary.

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on location and weight.

2. Tracking Orders

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • Customers are responsible for tracking their orders and ensuring availability for delivery.

3. Return & Refund Policy

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving the order.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

  • Sale and promotional items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

  • Refunds will only be issued for defective or incorrect items.

4. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, email admin@elrahexclusive.com with your order number and reason for return.

  • Returns due to a customer’s change of mind are not accepted.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

5. Refunds

  • Refunds for defective or incorrect items will be processed within 7-14 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or store credit.

6. Important Notes

  • Elrah Exclusive reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the policy criteria.

  • We are not responsible for returns lost in transit; tracking is recommended.
